Week 9

Finding Balance When Snacking & Creating a Meals   

After going through our food groups in prior weeks we will be putting the pieces of the puzzle together!​ There are TWO short videos this week, together adding up to no more than 20 minutes. We will be learning what it means to eat balanced while maintaining the Mediterranean Diet. 

​

Food Tip: Try keeping a list of healthy snack alternative taped to the inside of your cabinet to use when being  mindful watching TV at night. 


Fit Tip: The American College of Sports Medicine recommends stretching for a minimum of 2-3 days per week for > 2-5 minutes. Yoga will also count toward this goal and can relax us as well!
