Our Mission

Our goal is to bridge the gap between 9/11-related illnesses and overall wellness. The WTC Nutrition program focuses on fighting inflammation through food, emphasizing a Mediterranean meal pattern that recognizes mindful eating, intuitive eating, stress management, and the incorporation of physical activity. The role of the dietitian is to guide and empower members to make small strides that have a large impact on their overall quality of life and instill sustainable healthy habits.

Welcome to the WTC Nutrition Department's main hub of information. Here is where you will be able to download education materials. You will note that we aide individuals seeking information/counseling on 9/11 and non-9/11-related conditions. If you have any questions please send us an email using the contact section below. We are looking forward to getting to know you!
