Its time to become super sleuths when reviewing nutrition facts and ingredients this week. Part of interpreting a food label is having a strong knowledge in portioning. This week's information will empower you to do just that.
Food Tip: Pick out a handful of common foods you consume on a regular basis and interpret their food label/proper portion. Consider leaving a measuring cup or spoons in the package to reaffirm your portion. Do you find that you are light or heavy handed?
Fit Tip: Treat your physical activity like an appointment that you keep with yourself. When looking at your schedule for the week, write in when you are going to exercise. If you do not have one already, this will help to establish a fitness routine.
