Nutrition-Related Lab Work

The World Trade Center Health program performs blood testing during your annual Health & Monitoring exam. Although conditions monitored by labs such as glucose and cholesterol are not deemed at this time to be 911-related, we provide nutrition/lifestyle treatment. If you would like a registered dietitian nutritionist to reach out to you by phone to go over your specific lifestyle and strategies that can help you to improve your lab work please complete the link below. By pressing the "Let's Go" button below you will be taken to a questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you if you would like:

  • Mail-home packet: After reviewing your chart the registered dietitian nutritionist will create a mail-home packet of information including recipes, brand recommendations, what your labs mean, etc. for your to review

  • Phone Consult: After reviewing your chart the registered dietitian nutritionist will give you a call and speak with you about some foods to consider adding or swapping from the diet. They will also send you materials pertaining to your conversation.

Based on your answers to this questionnaire the nutrition professional will reach out to you by phone or mail with information tailored to your needs. We are looking forward to assisting you!
