Week 5
Grocery Shopping
We will be be going shopping this week! Check-out the grocery store tour we provide in the video this week. You may stumble upon new food favorites that you may have overlooked in the past when you go grocery shopping. Build upon the skills that you began to develop last week by first planning some meals and snacks (remember your cravings and your schedule). Once you make your grocery list, it is off to the races to implement the material you learned during this weeks lesson. ​
Food Tip: When you get home from the store, portion out your snack foods into individual serving sizes in snack containers or baggies. This will save you time in the future, help you avoid overeating, and may be cheaper than buying individually packaged snacks.
Fit Tip: Not enough time for one long workout during the day? Try breaking up your workout into multiple short increments instead.
